It could be argued however that the most important part of being a good security company is the day-to-day monitoring of your home.  If you need to phone them for any reason they should polite and efficient.  They’ll also be able to know exactly where you live and what the current status of your home is; whether it’s day or night.

You are paying good money for these services so you should make sure you get what you expect.  You are perfectly entitled to quality service and whatever you do, don’t make your decision based purely on cost.
